PM Modi's Roadshow In Ahmedabad: Check Traffic Advisory, Roads To Avoid
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Gujarat, and is slated to do a road show in Ahmedabad. PM Modi will also announce several development initiatives worth Rs 82,950 crore across Dahod, Bhuj, and Gandhinagar.
With projects amounting to more than commencing on May 26, marks a pivotal moment for Gujarat's progress. Amidst this flurry of developmental activities, the prime minister will also conduct a roadshow in Ahmedabad, adding to the fervor of his visit.

The Ahmedabad roadshow, scheduled for the evening of May 26, is anticipated to draw over 50,000 participants. Starting from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport and concluding at Indira Bridge, the event is organized following the success of Operation Sindoor. The roadshow, which commences at 6:30 pm, serves as a testament to the popularity and support enjoyed by PM Modi, as outlined by the DCP Traffic Ahmedabad (East Zone).
With such a significant event on the horizon, the Ahmedabad Police have taken meticulous measures to ensure public safety and smooth traffic flow. A traffic advisory, issued by the Ahmedabad Police Commissioner, details restrictions and diversions to accommodate the roadshow and associated activities. From 4 pm to 9 pm, certain roads will be inaccessible, urging travelers to opt for alternative routes. Notably, the stretch from Duffnala to Airport Circle to Indira Bridge will be off-limits, with specific provisions made for those catching flights during this time.
The traffic advisory meticulously maps out alternate routes for commuters affected by the closures. For instance, vehicles heading to Gandhinagar from Indira Bridge are advised to navigate through Nobel Nagar T-junction, Nana Chiloda Crossroads, and Karai Crossroads before reaching Apollo Circle. Similarly, different diversions are suggested for travelers moving between various points such as Dafnala, Apollo Circle, and Naroda, ensuring minimal disruption to the city's usual bustle.
In addition to road infrastructure projects, PM Modi's visit will also be marked by the launch of two new trains, including a Vande Bharat service. These developments underscore the government's commitment to enhancing connectivity and infrastructure within the state, promising a significant impact on Gujarat's growth trajectory.
Amidst this extensive schedule, the "Tiranga Yatra" led by Amit Shah in Ahmedabad to celebrate Operation Sindoor's success further highlights the nationalistic fervor surrounding the prime minister's visit. Together, these events not only showcase Gujarat's ongoing development but also reflect the broader aspirations of India's growth under PM Modi's leadership.
