Modi to address rallies in Manipur, Assam and Tamil Nadu today

Gandhinagar, Feb 8: BJP's prime ministerial candidate

is set to address three rallies across the country on Saturday. He will address BJP New Hope Rally in

in Manipur at 11 am, the Maha Jagran Rally at Veterinary Ground in

in Assam at 1 pm and another rally in

at 7 pm.

The BJP is expecting a massive turnout at these venues to hear its leader. Security has been beefed up at all the three rally venues.

Modi is addressing rallies across the length and breath of the country since last year. His last rally in the eastern part of the country was in Kolkata on February 5.

On October 27 last year, bomb blasts at Modi's rally in Patna in Bihar led to the death of six persons. Since then, authorities have been giving extra importance to his security.
