Asaram used to meet women privately says aide

Jodhpur, Sept 4: A day after Asaram agreed that he had indeed met the 16- year- old girl, his aide, Shiva made some startling revelations.

Shiva, who was arrested after Asaram's arrest said, that he (Asaram) used to meet women privately. The remark has definitely raised many eyebrows and these claims definitely point a finger at Asaram, continues to deny any sexual assault charges against him.

Asaram, who is in judicial custody, was accused of raping a 16-year-old girl. On Tuesday he had agreed that he had indeed met the girl privately but denied charges of rape saying, "Nothing is wrong if a grandfather spends some alone time with a grandchild."

Aide: Asaram met women privately.

He also said that the conversation between them was very loving in nature, like a grandfather- granddaughter talk.

The court will hear his bail plea on Wednesday. While he is being interrogated in connection to the rape charges levied against him by the 16-year-old girl, trouble continues to mount for Asaram as his ashram's are now being sent notices with respect to land encroachment.
