Division/department: Affiliate Marketing

Job profile:

1. Leading the publisher delivery team in India, keeping in mind the goals of the organisation.

2. Driving publisher account optimisation and suggest strategies to ensure that the company's publisher earns the most revenue.

3. Managing existing publisher relationships and ensuring that publishers execute the applicable campaigns to earn more revenue.

4. Balancing the demand-supply scale, keeping an eye out for publisher acquisitions that can take shape, synchronous with the network's overall goals.

5. Performing inventory analysis, activating new publisher accounts and continuously learning all the elements of the interactive advertising ecosystem.

Desired candidate profile:

Education: Graduation in any stream, post-graduation Diploma/Degree in marketing or business related field.

Others:

1. Minimum 4 years experience into affiliate marketing, publisher management and digital marketing
2. Ability to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks
3. Good communication skills (Written/Oral)
4. Excellent presentation skills
