Mysore, Aug 26: The annual dog show - All-India Championship Dog Show - in Mysore witnessed the participation of several exotic and imported breeds of dogs.

Breeds such as Akita, both Japanese and American breeds, Belgian Shepherd, and other foreign breeds were among the prominent participants at the Mysore show.

The Dog Show was also attended by India's most expensive dog worth Rs 24 lakh.

Mysore hosted the third edition of the annual dog show, one of the country's most prestigious shows, organised by the Mysore Kennel Club (MKC) at the Doddakere Maidan here on August 25.
