Indian Army killed 28 terrorists since June 24

Srinagar, Aug 16: Indian Army claims to have killed 28 terrorists since June 24 out of which 18 were killed at the Line of Control(LoC). Army said there has not been any significant ceasefire violation but there have been infiltration bids in Jammu and Kashmir.

CNN IBN reported that Lt General Gurmit Singh said, "In Sopore, we have apprehended four terrorists. They were behind the killing of an SPO and were planning attack on some sarpanchs on and after August 15.

The Army has also recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition, which they claim bear markings of the Pakistan Army. This comes even as there have been 17 ceasefire violations in last 10 days.

There have been several ceasefire violations and infiltrations from Pakistan's side recently.
