B'lore: HDFC ATM service to operate from 7 am to 11 pm

Bangalore, Aug 13: India's second largest private banking lender

service in Bangalore will be shut down after 11 pm.

The bank has taken this decision in the wake of increase in the ATM robbery case which is being easily targeted by the robbers in and around the city.

As per the statement made by the bank, the ATM services will be suspended after 11 pm as the bank intends look for the safety of the customers and in order avoid the ATM robberies in the late night.

The ATM service to operate only from morning 7 am till 11 pm in the night.

Bank authority has already placing the information in all its ATM centers across the city.

The customers of the bank and the ATM users are disappointed over the HDFC's decision and should wait for the RBI's (Reserve Bank of India) reaction over this plan.
