Congress workers protested outside the Pakistan High Commission in the national capital against the killings of soldiers in Poonch.

The Rajya Sabha yet again saw an uproar over AK Antony's statement even after commencing for the second time in the day.

While the Rajya Sabha Chairperson asked the Opposition MPs to maintain decorum and give Antony a chance to clarify his statement, the Opposition upped the ante.

BJP leader LK Advani read out the two Army PRO statements made by Antony and pointed out yet again that both the statements were contradicting. "It was not just a clash, it is formal invasion. They entered our border and killed our soldiers. Antony must explain why there is difference in both the statements and he should apologise," Advani said.

Regarding the status of upcoming dialogue between India and Pakistan, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid said that Indo-Pak talks are a continuous process and can't be called off.

The Rajya Sabha was again adjourned till 3 pm.
