Modi unparalleled? Not always, he has a strong competitor

Bangalore, Aug 4: In politics and governance or in terms of following, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi may be unparalleled at this moment, but the mobile phone named after him might not enjoy a similar unchallenged status, which is not such a good news for his fans.

The SmartNamo 5 inch phone has found a tough competitor in Jiayu G4 with its 4.7-inch display screen with OS+IPS display type, screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2, which is same as the SmartNamo. The Jiyau G4 also features 2 GB of RAM supporting the Mediatek MT6589 Turbo processor, like the SmartNamo. The SmartNamo has 1920 x 1080 pixels display resolution while its competitor phone features 1280 x 720 pixels.

In terms of price, the Jiayu G4 is Rs 2,500 more than the SmartNamo. The prices of the two phones are Rs 18,500 and Rs 16,000, respectively.
