Three IPS officers transferred in UP

Lucknow, Aug 2: In a minor reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government on Friday transferred three IPS officers, including two district chiefs, an official spokesman said here.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad, Subhash Chandra Dubey has been attached with the DG office, the spokesman said. SP Deoria Umesh Kumar Srivastava has been posted in Dubey's place.

Meanwhile, SP vigilance establishment Ravi Shanker Chavvi would be the new SP of Deoria, he added.
