Multiple explosions rock propane gas plant in Florida

, July 30: It has been reported that multiple explosions have rocked a propane gas plant in Lake County, central Florida, northwest of Orlando, on Monday night, an emergency dispatch official said.

According to initial reports, a series of explosions rocked a propane gas plant, blowing off the roof of the plant.

Local media reported that homeowners living within a mile of the facility were being evacuated.

No reports of casualties or injuries have been reported yet.

The Lake County dispatcher told a news agency that blasts happened at about 11 pm EDT in the town of Tavares, Florida and the fire department and other emergency crews were being dispatched to the scene.
