Pray to God that rain stops, says Sheila Dikshit

"Pray to God that the rain stops. I don't want to get into fixing any body's responsibilities," Dikshit told reporters to queries about the post-rain mess in the city.
Heavy rain lashed the national capital on Saturday, exposing the lack of preparedness of civic and government authorities in dealing with clogged drains and flooded roads.
Roads, which are maintained by the Delhi government's public works department, caved in in several parts of the capital.
Massive traffic jams were reported from across the city as roads got submerged under rainwater on Saturday.
Two Metro stations were also temporarily shut down due to flooding, as was the arrival hall of the Indira Gandhi International Airport for a while.
