Mentally deranged man hacks two daughters
The incident took place last night when Akshay Pratap Singh hacked his two daughters Kashish (6) and Kallo (4), while they were sleeping on the terrace of his house in Rampur-Ishakpur village in Kariyaon area of Fathpuer.
The accused also injured his wife when she tried to prevent him from killing their daughters. He was later arrested by the police. Singh was reportedly discharged from a mental hospital two days back, police said.
