; this needs no words to explain how much the city has been developing in the past few years, at par with Dubai.

Named as the New Century Global Center, the structure has towering dimensions of a length of 500 meters, a width of 400 meters and a height of 100 meters. The total floor space is that of 1.7 million square meters. Per the Sydney Morning Herald, the space here can accomodate the Sydney OPera House 20 times over!

Apart from shopping centers, the mall will house office spaces, cinemas, hotels, conference centres, water theme park with an artifical beach, and a Mediterranean village.

However, the interesting part of the mall is an artificial sun that emanates heat 24-hours a day. A giant 150 meter long screen has been placed to project an artificial horizon, displaying sunrises and sunsets as the days pass.
