With JD(U) trouble a thing of past, BJP gears up against UPA

The party workers are set to take part in a Jail Bharo Andolan throughout the nation to protest the Congress-led government.
The BJP and its shrinking alliance has been rattled off late by internal trouble caused by senior leader L K Advani's resignation from various posts (he withdrew his resignations later) and the withdrawal of the JD(U) from the alliance over the elevation of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as the chief of the BJP's campaign committee for the next Lok Sabha elections.
The BJP, however, has refused to give in before the pressure tactics of both Advani and Nitish Kumar.
