Drugs seized in Assam, youth arrested
After getting information, the joint team intercepted a vehicle, which was plying from Silchar in Assam to Aizawl in Mizoram, BSF Deputy Inspector General (Frontier Headquarter -- Mizoram and Cachar) S C Budakoti said.
On searching the vehicle, the team recovered five bags containing 84 kgs of banned drugs. A 20-year-old youth was also arrested.
