BJP to hold protest rally against power tariff hike on June 14
Jaipur, June 13: Criticising Gehlot government for hike in power tariff last week, Rajasthan BJP on June 12 announced to hold protest-cum-demonstration on June 14 at all district headquarters in the state.
The ruling Congress had promised in its manifesto not to raise power tariff for five years but it had raised power bills by 53 per cent in recent years, state BJP vice president Arun Chaturvedi told reporters here.

He said effigies of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot would also be burnt at the day-long protest in all district headquarters.
