Fire breaks out in New Delhi hospital

New Delhi, May 29: A

broke out in the sixth floor of Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital here on Wednesday. Eighteen fire tenders doused the flames after about 20 minutes.

Fire service officials said the fire broke out around 11.05 am. It reportedly originated from an air-condition unit. No casualty was reported.

GTB Hospital in east Delhi, with 1,000 beds, is the largest hospital run by the state government.
