Twist in Chiru son brawl row: Now Ram Charan blames techies

Clarifying his stand in the entire controversy, Ram Charan said that the duo did it to grab his attention and later apologized. The Telugu cine star was quoted as saying, "The two boys came and apologised for their rash driving and for their bad behaviour. They did submit a letter at the police station stating they put up this drama on the road with the intention to grab my attention near the traffic signal."
The young actor also appreciated Hyderabad police over handling the case. Thanking the cops, Ram Charan was quoted as saying, "The cops really carried out the inquiry well and got to know what really happened. Thereafter, they didnt lodge a complaint. I am thankful for their sense of fair play."
Ram Charan's bodyguards allegedly had beaten up the two techies -- Phaneesh and Kalyan. Photographs have emerged in media showing Ram Charan's guards had beaten up the duo as their came on the way of the actor's Aston Martin in the posh Banjara Hills area of the city.
Media criticised police inaction in handling the case saying the cops are not ready to take action against the son of Union Minister of State with independent charge for Ministry of Tourism.
However, defending themselves, SHO, Banjara Hills PS, P Murali Krishna was quoted as saying, "The two techies, Phaneesh and Kalyan, did come to our police station to lodge a complaint. There were a lot of media personnel too who came with them. The duo, as well as the media, related the sequence of events that took place near GVK One Mall between actor Ram Charan's bodyguards and them."
Times of India quoted Krishna as saying, "They spoke about the brawl and everything that happened there. So, we told them to give the entire incident in writing. But they (Phaneesh and Kalyan) refused to do so. See, we are here to take any complaint, but the victims, if they claim to be victims, have to give their complaint in writing. Only then can something be done."
The police official also claimed that police can not take any legal action against any citizens unless untill the victim or any eyewitness file any official complaint against the accused. The two victims earlier had claimed that police did not file any complaint against the actor when they had approached them on Sunday.
However, media reports say that the duo were pressurized not to lodge any complaint against Ram Charan. According to media reports, a passerby had taken pictures in his mobile phone which clearly showed how the bodyguards had beaten the two techies up while Ram Charan was seating in his car.
