BJP complaint against KJP on remarks against Advani

Dhananjay Kumar on Monday had alleged that the children of BJP leader L K Advani had demanded money from the then chief minister B S Yeddyurappa if the latter had to remain in power.
In a letter to The Chief Electoral Officer, the state BJP leaders maintained that his baseless utterances were made at the behest of KJP chief Yeddyurappa. The party has lodged a complaint charging Kumar with making defamatory statements in the run-up to the May 5 assembly polls.
The BJP complaint says that the allegations and the statement are violation of Model Code of Conduct. Dhananjay Kumar is the working president of the KJP.
It says "we request you to kindly take serious and immediate action against Dhananjay Kumar for the blatantly false and insinuating statement made."

To,
The Chief Electoral Officer,
Election Commission of India,
Nirvachana Bhavan, Sheshadri Road,
Bengaluru.
Respected Sir,
Sub.:- Poll code violation by Sri Dhananjay Kumar the working
President of the K J P by making false allegations against the
BJP National leader Sri L.K. Advani and his children.
***********
We request you to kindly take serious and immediate action against Dhananjay Kumar KJP working President, for the blatantly false and insinuating statement made.
The allegation made is that Advani senior leader of the BJP and his children threatened B.S. Yediyurappa, former Chief Minster, and his children and forcibly appropriated money from them. There is absolutely no reason for a National Leader to demand money. These are baseless, irresponsible and false allegations which are not supported by evidence.
LK Advani is among the most respected and tallest National Leaders. In all his political life he has never allowed his children to misuse his office even while he served as deputy Prime Minister.
These false and baseless allegations are made in the belief of electoral gains in the form of fetching sympathy vote for the KJP.
These allegation made by the KJP leader is outrageous and outright amounting to criminal defamation. This false statement has the affect of misleading the general public. It also has the affect not only on the prospects of the BJP at the election, but also has the affect of tarnishing and defaming the clean image of the BJP Leader L.K. Advani.
These false allegations made by the KJP leader is in blatant violation of the poll code.
We request you to take immediate action against Dhananjay Kumar, under the election code of conduct and also take necessary criminal action under intimation to us for further legal action.
Thanking you,
Your's truly,
Sd/-
