4 seats and a Funeral: Beni predicts 2014 polls fate for SP

Verma has gone a step ahead and predicted SP's fate in 2014 Lok Sabha elections. According to the Union Steel Minister SP will not get more than four seats in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
"Congress will contest all 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh. We will win 40 seats, BSP may get 36, but SP will get only four seats for its funeral procession," Verma said.
In fact, the relationship between Congress and SP is witnessing a low since Verma had called SP supremo a "terrorist".
SP demanded Verma's resignation, which the Congress did not relent to. Thereafter, SP has been keeping Congress-led UPA alliance guessing whether it would pull-out of the coalition government. Mulayam has predicted the Lok Sabha elections will be held on November 2013, instead of its scheduled time on April-May 2014. But, on Friday (March 29), Mulayam said his party would not pull out of the government.
"Beni Prasad Verma has no status. His son contested elections and he lost even his deposit. He lost all 5 seats from the constituency where he is an MP. He is just flattering Congress. He behaves as if he's the only leader left in Congress now," Mulayam Singh had said in an interview to CNN-IBN on Friday.
