Amravati (Maharashtra), March 25: A day after attacking its Mumbai office, supporters of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) targetted the Indiabulls's centre in Amravati district of the state.

Sunday's attack came hours after the MNS chief, Raj Thackeray, criticised the state government for diverting water meant for drinking and irrigation in the drought-hit parts to the power plant of Indiabulls. Thackeray had said at a public rally in Amravati that if the water supply to the Indiabulls's project is not stopped immediately, the state would see severe consequences.

The Police had reportedly arrested two MNS workers in connection to the attack on Indiabulls Finance Centre at Elphinstone on Sunday night. The attackers had pelted stones at the security cabin at the main gate of the centre, breaking the glass window.
