Amitabh Bachchan's wife Jaya threatens Cong MP in Parliament

New Delhi, March 21: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan's wife

landed in a new controversy when the Samajwadi Party MP threatened her colleague from

party.

Mrs Bachchan, a Samajwadi Party MP, was irked by the Congress MP Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu when the latter clicked a picture of the former in his mobile phone during the ruckus between DMK and Samajwadi Party members in Parliament on Wednesday, March 20.

According to sources, Mrs Bachchan informed her party members about Balmuchu's act and chided that she would not tolerate such acts of the MPs.

It seems that ruckus inside the Rajya Sabha reached beyond its wall as Bachchan-Balmuchu fight was carried out even after Renuka Chowdhury's decision to adjourn the House a little after 2 pm.

However, Congress member Ambika Soni intervened and asked Balmuchu to apologise to Mrs Bachchan for his action. Balmuchu then went up to Bachchan to seek an apology, but she did not relent and instead said, "You will have to pay a price for this".

Balmuchu then went back to his seat and with the help of another member deleted the pictures taken in his mobile phone.
