Not Modi but Arvind Kejriwal invited to address Wharton

The activist-turned-politician confirmed his participation in the event and said he would address the gathering through video-conferencing. He also said that the Wharton authorities had contacted him 10 days ago.
At least two panelists, Shiv Sena leader Suresh Prabhu and Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani, decided to skip the meet after the Gujarat CM was boycotted from the prestigious event. The Adani Group, the main sponsor of the event, also withdrew from the event on Monday.
Sources said the BJP also urged other speakers and sponsors to pull out from the event. The decision to invite Modi and then cancel the invitation in this fashion has sparked off a massive controversy. Modi was supposed to address the forum through video-conferencing on March 23.
