Hyd twin blasts failure of intelligence agencies: Shivpal

Mainpuri (UP), Feb 24: Uttar Pradesh PWD Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav on Feb 23 termed the

twin blasts as a failure of the intelligence agencies.

"Somewhere the blasts were a failure of the intelligence agencies and the Union government should accept the fact," he said.

Yadav, who was here to distribute cheques to 885 beneficiaries of girls' education schemes, told mediapersons that Samajwadi Party has always cooperated with the Centre on the issue of eliminating terrorism.
