Modi wins race for PM's post against Rahul: Survey

While only 7% voters feel that Manmohan Singh should become PM again, 18% voters of the survey feel that Rahul Gandhi, the scion of Gandhi family who recently took over as the vice-president of Congress, is suitable for the prime minister's post.
The survey was conducted by ABP News-Nielsen.The survey was conducted across 28 cities in the country in the month of January. Around 9,000 respondents took part in the survey.
Moreover, survey report comes as a bad news for Congress-led UPA government which is hoping to form the government for third time in a row in the centre after General Elections 2014.
Only 22 per cent of the respondents of the survey intend to vote for the UPA, while a massive 39 per cent would vote for the NDA. According to a press release, last year's ABP News-Nielsen survey too showed consistent growth by the BJP and the NDA.
