Hate Politics: Asaduddin gets bail, Akbaruddin in jail

Chief of MIM Asaduddin was sent to judicial custody on Monday, Jan 21. He was sent to jail in Andhra Pradesh's Medak district in connection with 2005 protest case booked against him.

A court in Sangareddy town of Medak district near Hyderabad on Monday rejected MIM chief's "recall petition" seeking to cancel non-bailable warrant (NBW) against him. The court also sent him to judicial custody till Feb 2.
The MIM Chief along with his younger brother Akbaruddin and others were booked by police on Mar 16, 2005 for obstructing officials from carrying out demolition of a place of worship to facilitate road extension at a village called Muttangi.
