I have support of RSS, VHP: Gondal GPP candidate claims

) candidate from Gondal said that he has support of outfits like the

and VHP behind him. He said although they did noy officially declare their support for him, but they did not back the BJP Chief Minister, Narendra Modi, either. He said the workers of both VHP and RSS were working for him.

One of Zadaphia's political rally included the likes of RSS pracharak Laljibhai Patel and BJP tehsil panchayat-turned-GPP leader Kishorebhai Andipura. The GPP leader said the fight was between the three-and-half-year rule of Keshubhai Patel, the former BJP chief minister and currently the chief of the GPP and the 11-year-rule of Modi. "I am here to bring Gondal's dark days to an end," he said.

The GPP candidate took up the water shortage issue in the region. Taking a dig at the Modi administration for providing poor-quality water to Gondal, Zadaphia told the people that he would set up a mini sectretariat in the region.
