Fire in Gwalior Express: 2 AC coaches gutted, 1 dead
Gwalior, Nov 30: At least two AC coaches of Gwalior Express have been gutted when the train caught massive fire on Friday, Nov 30.
According to sources, one person died of heart attack during the commotion. The cause of the fire has not been revealed yet.
Sources informed that the train caught fire at Sidholi Station near Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. Other trains on the same route have also been affected over the fire accident.

Six fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the fire. The train, which was bound to Chennai, was stopped midway and evacuated.
One of the passengers of the train was quoted as saying, "An elderly couple woke us up and there was smoke inside the whole coach. They woke everybody and we also left our luggage. The incident took place at around 2:15 am and later we were also asked to be alert by the railway official."
Virender Jain, Additional Superintendent of Police, said, "The situation is under control right now and the fire has been controlled. The passengers have been evacuated from the three coaches that caught fire and the coaches have also been detached from the train. One person in the coach suffered a heart attack and he died in the train. We have sent his body to the hospital for post-mortem."
