The new application would enable the aam-aadmi (common men) to become the brand ambassador of the state on Facebook. It would empower you to contribute to Gujarat's development strides in the past 11 years under Chief Minister Narendra Modi's rule.

What is the new Facebook all about?

Write about your experience regarding Gujarat's development which touched your life in any manner, share it with your Facebook friends and get maximum number of votes to make your stories to win.

The application has two sections - Write your story and Build your story. While you can write about any sector of development in the former, you can customise and edit the pre-set stories in the latter.

This section is one of the most innovative applications on Facebook. Six themes have been choosen for Gujarat development stories which have been posted on Build your story section. The theme are - tourism, Gujarat's success in power sector, tribal development, specialized education, agriculture and women development in the state.

The new Facebook application will also provide an avenue for the people who have valuable ideas for Gujarat to share them too.
