Kasab's body buried in jail, Pak did not respond: India

Kasab was taken to Pune from Mumbai two days ago, Chavan said. On the decision to hang him, the CM said the date was decided by a judge.
Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said the government had intimated Pakistan, the country from where the terrorist had arrived to carry out the attacks, through fax but the latter refused to reply. Efforts were made to contact Kasab's family as well. External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid said India had fully complied with legal procedures and hoped Islamabad would also abide by the law.
The BJP said Kasab's hanging will send a strong message to Pakistan. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh said although Kasab was dead, his mentors were still alive.
