In Pics: How Manmohan outshines Obama with colourful costume
Cambodia, Nov 20: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh along with wife Gursharan Kaur reached Cambodia to attend Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) meet where political leaders from different parts of the world arrived.
US President Barack Obama is one among them who enjoyed a gala dinner hosted by Cambodia. All leaders including Obama were seen in bright and colourful clothes. However, it was Manmohan Singh who hogged the limelight with his colourful orange costume.
Manmohan Singh, who always faces criticism over his "silence", seems to have outshined the world leaders including Obama.
