Guru-Dakshina: Kejriwal to stay away from IAC for Anna

Kejriwal
New Delhi, Nov 12: Arvind Kejriwal continues to sacrifice for his "Guru (leader)" Anna Hazare. The social activist-turned-politician on Sunday, Nov 11 informed that he would stop using Indian Against Corruption (IAC) name.

Kejriwal, who is expected to announce his new political party's name on Nov 26, would not use IAC's name during their political movement.

Expressing his respect for Anna, Kejriwal on Sunday tweeted, "Anna is too dear to us. I have deepest respects for him. After launch of our party on Nov 26, we will not use IAC name."

Kejriwal, who considers Anna as his guru, had claimed, "If he (Anna) asks me to stop using the IAC's name, I won't use it."

Kejriwal's former team member Kiran Bedi recently informed that the name IAC will remain with new Team Anna. "We will seek donations in the name of IAC. People can donate in the name of IAC. Arvind's organisation is PCRF (Public Cause Research Foundation)," she said.

Post Kejriwal's decision of launching political party and taking part in elections, Anna had disbanded his first team and hence had asked Kejriwal not to use his name and pictures during his political movement.
