Bigg Boss: Aseem Trivedi may experience cruel politics again

President of the Republican Party of India (Athawale) Ramdas Athawale had recently informed media that they had organised march to the location of Bigg Boss house in Lonavala on Oct 25 demanding eviction of Trivedi from the reality show. At least 5,000 people took part in the march.
Protesters claimed that Trivedi's induction in the Bigg Boss house has hurt many Indians as the cartoonist is believed to have insulted several constitutional symbols.
The president of the party also stated, "Following the assurance given by Colors TV [to remove Trivedi], we have decided to put off our Oct 29 agitation against the reality TV show."
The reality show, which is aired on Colors TV, changed its rules and hence has decided to eliminate two of its contestants at a time. According to sources, Trivedi, who has already been nominated for this week, may be shown the door on Saturday, Nov 3.
Aseem earlier was arrested over his disputed cartoons criticising the government and insulting national emblem and Parliament. He was booked under IPC Section 124 A for sedition, Section 66 A of IT Act and under National Emblem Act, 1971.
Later, he got bail and was released from jail. Trivedi's arrest ignited a nation-wide protest. Many celebrities criticised government's move of arresting the 25-year-old cartoonist. Now, with Bigg Boss' decision, Trivedi will once again taste the cruelty of politics.
