Farmers' unions protest separately against FDI
Activists of Swadeshi Jagaran and Bharatiya Kisan Union (Rajewal) shouted slogans and showed black flags against the Centre's FDI decision.
The two protests were held on the day when Rahul was in Adampur city of the district to meet Congress workers. When some of the protestors attempted to take the procession towards Adampur, they were taken into preventive custody, police said.
