Guj HC directs Modi govt to give 2002 riots papers to Bhatt

Earlier, Bhatt had approached the High Court to get access to documented records related to Gujarat riots. The court has directed the Gujarat government to furnish the papers to Bhatt by Oct 19.
The Nanavati Commission had rejected Bhatt's application as the state government claimed that the documents were not available.
