Ahead of his wedding with Kareena,Saif to face legal trouble

actor Saif Ali Khan and an NRI businessman, Iqbal Sharma, in a hotel in Mumbai,

on Saturday, Oct 13 informed that they will file a charge-sheet against the star soon. According to sources, the charge-sheet may spoil Saif and Kareena Kapoor's marriage celebration which has been scheduled to be held on Oct 16.

Senior police inspector at the Colaba police station, Vinod Sawant, informed that the charge-sheet has already been prepared and they will file it soon. Continuing to inform on the same, Mr Sawant added, "We have completed all the processes and will file it soon. The accused will be present in court when the charge-sheet is filed."

Saif had a fight with Iqbal Sharma at a restaurant in Taj hotel on Feb 22. The actor was dining with his girlfriend and Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor along with Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora and her husband when the brawl took place.

Following the news over brawl, the actor was arrested and later got bail after providing a surety of Rs 15,000. Saif is facing charges under IPC Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) and 34 (common participation in a crime).

However, there were rumours doing the rounds that the complainant, a resident of South Africa, and Saif were friends and their fight was nothing but a publicity stunt to promote Saif-Kareena's movie "Agent Vinod" which was released on Mar 23. However, latest news on Mumbai police's decision of filing charge-sheet against the Bollywood hero overruled such rumours.
