New Delhi, Aug 14: Former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda is still absconding in spite of a look out notice against him and managed to evade arrest for the ninth day straight in the Geetika Sharma's suicide case.

More and more stunning information have started emerging after the Delhi police took over the probe. The latest piece of news being that Geetika had to report to her employer, Kanda every single day after work hours. Geetika had accused Kanda of harassing her in her suicide note. [UPDATE: Geetika was frustrated, says Kanda; shocking secrets revealed]

The interesting clause in her appointment letter was brought to light by the Delhi police that reads that Geetika "has to report to the managing director (Kanda) on each and every day after work".

Geetika ended her life on Aug 5 unable to face the harassment from her employer. Kanda's anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the sessions court and has applied for the same in the Delhi High Court and has managed to evade arrest till now.

According to the additional public prosecutor Rajiv Mohan, "In Jan 2011, Geetika joined the company as a Director without any shareholding in the company. One of the service conditions was that she would report to the MD every day in the evening hours."

A senior police officer has been quoted as saying, "We have recovered the records of MDLR Group's Sundale Educational Society, of which Geetika was president and Chaddha secretary. In AKG Infrabuild Society, Geetika was appointed vice-president while Chaddha was director. We are trying to find out why Kanda was showering such favours on 23-year-old Geetika."

A source revealed, "We believe Geetika's laptop has many more shocking details and, as we recover more, we will be able to develop a clearer picture."
