Firing outside Noida mall in UP, 2 shot

, Aug 6: At least two people suffered serious injuries in a firing outside a shopping mall, The Great India Place in Noida,

on Monday, Aug 6.

According to sources, a group of people targeted and tried to rob a businessman who was carrying a big amount of money with him. Following the robbery, the group began firing.

An auto rickshaw driver and the security guard of the shopping mall was injured in the firing incident. The two injured people were taken to a near by hospital and they are under treatment.

The shooting in broad daylight scared all in the city. Police have beefed up security around the place. The police nabbed one of the assailants who was involved in the shooting.
