Former RSS chief KS Sudarshan goes missing in Mysore

He was in Mysore to visit his brother's place. He had left home for a morning walk and did not return. A missing complaint has been filed with the Mysore police.

RSS functionaries are known to be extremely disciplined and sticklers to their routine. It is in this scenario that the brother raised an alarm after he did not turn up on time.

There are varied reports on the exact time he left home for his walk. Certain media channels are saying that he left his brothers home around 5:20 am. He is always accompanied by an armed security guard but left for morning walk unaccompanied this morning. The police do not suspect any foul play.

The 71-year-old former RSS chief is understood to be suffering from amnesia and may have lost his way back home. Sudarshan was heading the RSS from the period of 2000 to 2009.
