President election result: Pranab gets 527 votes, Sangma 206

Sources also informed that 15 votes were declared invalid. Supporters of Pranab Mukherjee have already started celebration.The vote counting on Sunday began at 11 am and it is expected that the final results will be declared by 4 pm.
The votes of MLAs from states, in alphabetical order, will be counted. Total 4120 MLAs cast their vote on Jul 19. In Andhra Pradesh total 185 votes have been counted. Out of 185 votes, Pranab got 182 with a value of 36936, Sangma got 3 with a value of 444.
The newly elected President of the country will take oath by the Chief Justice of India on Jul 25.
