Digvijay better than Rahul as PM material : Govindacharya

"Digvijay Singh will be far better as PM than Rahul Gandhi," he told reporters here. ".... Digvijay Singh has been minister in the union government and Chief Minister of a big state and thus he has a vast administrative experience," the ideologue said.
But he didn't think Rahul Gandhi will at all become PM as "he has proved to be an unsuccessful cartridge," Govindacharya said without elaborating further.
"However whether Rahul would become a PM or not is an internal affair of the Congress," he added. Alleging that people at the Centre are suffering from myopia, Govindacharya said "If people ask me I will state these points straight."
Govindacharya was responding to a question about his stated opposition to Sonia Gandhi occupying the PM's chair. About other political leaders having PM potential, Gonvidacharya said people like Sharad Yadav, Dr Subrahmanyam Swamy and Sushma Swaraj can be better PM than Nitish Kumar or Narendra Modi.
