Bollywood superstar Rajesh Khanna admitted to hospital again

superstar and veteran actor Rajesh Khanna once again has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on Saturday, Jul 14.

The actor was rushed to the hospital following his deteriorating health condition. However, close friends and relatives claimed that the actor's "health condition was not very serious".

Confirming the news of the actor's admission in the hospital, Lilavati's COO Narendra Trivedi informed that Mr Khanna was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, Jul 14 but he refused to comment further when he was inquired about Mr Khanna's health condition.

A family friend has been quoted as saying, "He was feeling low and weak so the doctor asked him to get admitted for a day. he has been put on saline drip. He may be discharged on Sunday evening or Monday morning."

Mr Khanna has been suffering from several health issues since past few months. Recently he got discharged from the same hospital and his readmission to Lilavati made his fans tensed.

Earlier when he was in the hospital, his son-in-law Akshay Kumar tweeted, "He's more than fine. He is absolutely fine. Thank you for your concern."
