Fire in Delhi's Shastri Bhavan; situation under control
Latest reports suggest that five fire tenders have been rushed to the spot. No casualties have been reported.
Shastri Bhavan houses many important government departments including offices of the Ministry of Education, Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers, Youth Affairs, Family welfare etc.
Only recently a deadly fire ravaged the Mantralaya offices in Maharashtra and a minor fire was also reported from the North Block office that houses the Home Ministry.
