Aamir Khan keeps his promise to domestic violence victim

, to whom he had promised that he would use her cab services whenever he visited New Delhi.

During his visit to New Delhi to present his report on the malpractices in the medical sector to the Parliament, he hired a cab from Sakha, the agency where Shanno, a victim of domestic violence works with.

The agency Sakha also helps victims of domestic violence.

"Aamir kept his word. He used our service. On a recent episode of his popular TV show Satyamev Jayate which focused on domestic violence, Aamir had promised Shanno that whenever he visited Delhi next, he would hire her vehicle," said Meenu Vadera, who runs Sakha.
