Gowda to attend AKKA World Kannada conference in Atlanta

Bangalore, Jun 22: Association of Kannada Kootas of America (AKKA) is all set to kick start the mega event - the 7th

which has scheduled to be held from Aug 31 to Sep 2.

The magnificent event has already attracted attention of the rest of the world and this time too it is going to be a star-studded mega event.

Karnataka Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda along with several other well-known politicians such as - Kannada & Culture Minister Govind M Karjol, Home and Transportation Minister R Ashok and Karnataka Public Works Minister CM Udasi have already accepted the invitation from AKKA.

Apart from these politicians, celebrities from different arena also gave a positive response to the call by AKKA. Chairperson of the Infosys Foundation and member of public healthcare initiative of the Gates Foundation - Smt Sudha Murthy is one among those who will add more colours to the event.

Popular southern entertainers and Sandalwood stars - Puneeth Rajkumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar, Digant, Yogi, Yash, Radhika Pandit, Aindrita Roy, Nidhi Subbaiah, Priyamani, Comedians Rangayana Raghu and Sadhu Kokila, Musicians Gurukiran, Harikrishna and Choreographer Imran are expected to entertain and enthrall the audience to a spellbinding performance.

It opens a new chapter in NKK's 39 year history and provides a great opportunity to all the members to add new colorful pages in the years to come."
