BS Yeddyurappa's bail plea rejected, faces arrest

The special CBI court also rejected anticipatory bail pleas of Yeddyurappa's two sons - BY Raghavendra and BY Vijayendra and son-in-law R Sohan Kumar.
According to sources, police can arrest Yeddyurappa and his kins, though his lawyers claimed that they will move the Karnataka High Court seeking bail.
The Supreme Court earlier had appointed CBI to investigate Yeddyurappa and his relatives' alleged roles in the bribery case in mining dealings.
The former CM, his sons and son-in-law have been accused of accepting a bribe from several mining companies in order to serve some special favour.
