Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted a commercial vehicle near Azadnagar and seized 220 kilogram ammonium nitrate packed in 428 scaks, they said.

Nathu Singh, Lakhan Yadav and Sonu Kabirpanthi, who were transporting the explosive have been arrested, police said.
