Phone hacking scandal: David Cameron to testify on Jun 14

The British Prime Minister is under the scanner because of his links to media baron Rupert Murdoch and Rebekah Brooks, disgraced editor of the News of the World.
On Jun 11, Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne and former Prime Minister Gordon Brown are due to appear before the Leveson Inquiry that was incidentally set up by Cameron after the phone hacking scandal at Murdoch's News of the World newspaper last summer.
John Major, another ex-PM, and Labour Party leader Ed Miliband are among those prominent figures who will be quizzed on Jun 12 while Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg's testimony is slated for Jun 13.
