Anna Hazare-Baba Ramdev fast: Man tries to immolate self

New Delhi, Jun 3: A volunteer of Team Anna tried to immolate self at the venue of Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev's fast on the grounds that he was mistreated by some members of the IAC.

The man donning a I am Anna cap, carrying a mega phone started speaking through his megaphone when an aide of Baba Ramdev was speaking over the issue of black money. He said that he was ill-treated by Arvind Kejriwal and be heard by Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare. He was however, stopped by Ramdev's volunteers.

He then pulled out a bottle of kerosene and tried to immolate himself by pouring it over his body. He was however, stopped by media and some volunteers.

He however said that he would commit suicide at his residence if Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare failed to hear him. He was later whisked away by the police.
